By accessing or using DoubleAVend (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

DoubleAVend is a vending management platform provided to residents and administrators of registered communities. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Payments

All meter recharges and bill payments processed through the Service are final unless otherwise stated. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DoubleAVend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
